This is an OK place to live. It gets financially burdensome just because there are so many fees or fines that are ready to trip you up at any moment. As long as you can keep track of all the rules, you'll be fine. Still quite pricey for what you get. Noise is a problem on party nights. Gate is more of a hassle than anything. Real strict about following all the rules and guidelines for the apartments themselves. Don't really check cars for permits or anything like that. They're more just out to get your money than anything. But the staff is ok. Not stewardess like, but not completley uncaring either. Like I said before, it's expensive for no pool, a gate that takes forever to open going either way, the ongoing construction, and the hidden fees.
