These people are seriously out to get your money! My roommates and I always kept our lights off and still managed to get the "extra charge" for going over on utilities every month - as if we don't pay enough already! The gate is such a huge hassle and the bus doesn't always run on time, so good luck getting to class. The only thing good about this place is the door-to-door trash pick up, but even that has so many restrictions you're bound to get fined! Too much for college living and far from campus!!

Good post; right on the money. And to top it off, they don't even offer door-to-door trash pickup anymore but you still get charged the same amount of rent regardless.

I agree. The workout room equipment was always broken.
