The management at this place is HORRIBLE! They are not willing to help anyone out. When I have had to have something fixed it has mostly been prompt. Our key on our door wouldn't work and after my roommate stood outside for 20 min trying to get in our apartment she went to the office. There was no one there that could come unlock the door. We were informed that either we needed to leave our door unlocked, or work together to make sure someone was home at all times. Thats CRAZY! This place is so cheaply built. I have so much mildew and mold inside my window because they are so cheap. Thats how they make so much money!!! They put cheap windows in that will not hold heat or air and then charge us out the butt for utilities. I can hear someone in the complete other apartment just on the phone. I can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding apartments. I know that noise is to be expected, but the walls should have some thickness to them so that you don't hear someone from 2 apartments over taking a shower. The roommate match is ridiculous. The only thing I put on mine was I wanted to be with someone who smoked. They put me with someone who is so highly allergic to smoke she can't even eat out. This grounds of this place is also disgusting! I understand that some people are disrespectful like that but our breezeways are the CA's job. CA.. what a crock! My CA is the rudest person I have ever met. On a positive note, I do feel safe here (aside from the CA's having my apartment key) and parking is good. The free shuttle is very nice, but overall this place SUCKS! They are loosing business left and right. If you check online for subleases.. 99% of them are for College Suites. Take my advice and look elsewhere. You will do yourself and your wallet a favor.
