Best Complex in BG for the price

I have lived at College Suites for 2 years now and I have to say that of all the "College" Complexes, this is by far the best. The quality of the apartments are still unmatched and they have been doing a much better job of late keeping the grounds in good condition. I have also noticed they are making some renovations to make the community even more aesthetically pleasing (laying pebble stone in front of the patios, re-painted the breezeways, etc).
