Hartland isn't bad. Maintenance was excellent and most of the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the construction of the buildings isn't that great. They are starting to show on the outside...could use some paint. I had a problem when I moved in...nothing was fixed but mainly because they couldn't get to everything before my move in date. All of the problems were quickly corrected upon notification. Not a bad living experience at all. Expect to hear airplanes nearby since it's close to the airport. Don't forget they require a 60 day notice when leaving unlike most places in BG.
