We loved our time at Fairways. The rent is kind of high, but overall it is worth it.
Guy is the best maintenance man ever!!

I forgot...They require a 60 day notice to break your lease and after that you still have to pay a full month's rent. So, if you are planning on moving save 3 months of rent up before you do. This is kind of bogus, but that is the only bad thing!
