When I first moved into Greenhaven, It was well groomed, with prompt management. However, in the course of 3 years, management changed and the experience went downhill. The management chose poorly in their tenants, causing numerous noise complaints by numerous tenants. And now I am in a fight to get my security deposit back. They're good for a short stay, but be ready to fight for what you deserve.
