Greenhaven is an okay apartment complex if you don't mind loud parties, gunshots in the middle of the night, and having drug dealers for neighbors...on the plus side, the staff is decently friendly if you suck up and the maintenance is pretty timely. However, if you are someone who normally would get their security deposit back after a stay in an apartment, it won't happen here. No matter how much you clean and try to leave the place spotless, you'll still get charged for "light cleaning" and "light painting" to the tune of over $100. And the paint charge is just for labor, that doesn't include materials for which they also charge. I'd like to say that my experience was good, but honestly, if I had it to do over again, I would have rented anyplace else but here.
