This place was a mistake. Have lived here for some years now, each getting progressively worse than the last. By last, I mean to say that crime runs rampant (I have the pleasure of seeing drug deals going down out of my window a few times a week), hip hop is always being blasted by at least two people, and the facilities are marginal at best. You might even get lucky and have a horn-blaring freight train cruise by your house three times a night.
I'm not sure how much longer I can take this.
For the astronomical price of rent, you couldn't be getting a worse value. I have friends living in beautiful neighborhoods in San Francisco (the most expensive city in the country) that pay less than I do. What's more is that they don't have to deal with any of the BS I have to.

Drug deals, huh? I saw the same things. This place was and is a complete nightmare.
