I lived at Greenhaven for over a year. They seemed really nice at first but it all changed. When I first moved in I had pointed out things that were wrong with the apartment. Management told me they would make a note of the issues so I would not be blamed with them later. This was a lie because after I moved out they wanted me to pay for the issues happened before I moved in. The office workers were rude and the maintenance took a long time. The maintenance workers were nice but it just took a long time to get anything done. They would raise the rent all the time. They would give me very short notice. The units were old and not kept up to date. It is in a bad part of town and the police showed up two or three times a week for something. I would not recommend anyone living there. Who wants to put up with rude office ladies and a unsafe neighborhood.

I used to live here and absolutely hated it. I was excited when they put in a new fitness room. I work late so had to use the room late in the evening. One of the first times I went into the fitness room, a couple came out of the bathroom and scared the hell out of me. They were fat and unkempt...either having sex or doing drugs in there. Someone also ruined the pool by pouring concrete powder in it. They actually did the pool a favor, since people would swim in it in their jeans all the time. I saw police cars probably five times a week, every week, for the year I lived here. This place is terrible. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
