This is by far the best place in Bowling Green. Nice grounds, nice staff, good maintenance, and friendly neighbors. Quiet-because mainly older people live in the community. Maintenance is completely on top of things. The management staff is also extremely friendly and on top of things as well. The only complaint is that the landscaping went downhill after living there a while but it is still nicely kept. Avoid the complexes in BG overrun with college students by living here. Plus you're close to the hospital, downtown, and commercial businesses like grocery store, etc. These are older apartments and have been very well maintained.
