Well where do I start... The wireless internet is awfull. The carpet was filthy and the staff really didn't even try to do anything about it from the day that we moved in. Our hot water heater leaks almost everytime we take a shower, which makes the carpet stink. Everytime that we have a problem it takes the maintaince people at least a week and a half to come and fix the problem. When we first moved in our stove didn't work. We got towed and we live there, and yes our parking permit was on the window just like it was supposed to be. So, pretty much there is nothing good about the gables and they couldn't pay me to live there next year.

Bad, bad, bad!!!I HATE the Gables, especially the officer "Amanda" she just want the money. don't do anything. Gables is very old apartment, it almost topple down. the carpet is damp and dirty. the fan almost drop down. yes!the internet is awful.the parknig lot always full. there is nothing good to live here.although the rent is cheap, it still not equal the quality.
