Seemed like a bargain. Paid for some utilities. Rent was reasonable. The worst is that the place is falling apart. Have had the air cond. go out twice. Water Heater busted and flooded hallway, sinks and bathtub constantly drip. Tile falling off walls in bathroom. Maintenance is horrible took over a week to get a/c fixed. Have to call multiple times to get them to come take a look, and then say they will have to get someone to look at it. I have lived in 4 apartment complexes and this is by far the worst. Don't get sucked in by cheap rent it is not worth it.
