To start with, the apartments are beyond run down. They claim they are newly remodeled...I have yet to see a remodeled apartment. The bottoms of my cabinets are falling out, there are holes in my doors...some doors are even missing from my apt., the carpet is terrible, appliances are ancient and in terrible shape. When I ask about anything being repaired they tell me "we'll send somebody out" when maintenance gets here, if it's something major he tells you it's not in the budget. On the lines of rent...yes, it is a good deal, until you take into consideration the shape of the apts. and the dangerous community (just the complex, outside of the grounds this part of town is decent) One thing that really messes up the "low rent" is that rent is due on the 1st. On the 2nd you will be charged $50 and $10 every day thereafter. I feel the complex and it's management is a disaster.
