I paid $479 a month for a place that was not worth the money! Lots of shady people live here, and it's not uncommon for the police to show up. The maintenance people come in without even knocking. I had a leaking ceiling that NEVER was repaired, and a leaking fridge. Someone busted a hole my window with a rock while I wasn't home, and it was NEVER fixed. When I moved in, other peoples belongings were still in the cabinents. The part that really made me mad is that my lease ends on the 31st of this month, and I began moving my bigger items on the 26th. Well while I was at work on the 27th, I get a call from my lanlord saying he needs my stuff out because someone was wanting to move in THAT day!! My lease wasn't even up yet! He said that he saw my moving and assumed that what was left was trash.... an entertainment center, a computer desk, a bedframe, and lots of small stuff. How stupid!! So now my things are in storage and I don't even get a refund since someone else is moving in my current apartment!
