Not as bad as it was in the earlier reviews

The current management is courteous, reasonably responsive and never comes in without permission.
The current manager lives on the premises and is very involved and has made a huge difference in the quality of life here.
The staff has not had any major turnover in two years.
Maintenence is good but you have to make sure you follow up on any voicemails you leave.
Make sure your apartment has windows that open. Some of them don't and they are supposedly replacing them soon but that is really a problem.
They get rid of really shifty people the moment they violate any laws or rules, but there are a lot of "characters" in the complex and there are a lot of drug calls here according to the police. ODs, etc but anyone caught dealing is chucked out.
It is a little pricey and very old but they allow pets larger than 20 lbs (with a deposit) so it is ok. I am going to get out as soon as I can though because it is very noisy in my part of the complex. Loud music coming from cars.. so loud the windows shake, that isn't anyone's fault but.. it sure is annoying.
