The maintenance staff is crap, the groundskeepers were supposed to fix the flooding in front of the apartment a year ago (I go outside and have a view of nothing but mud), there is a major bug problem on the first floor that will never get taken care of, the management (3rd change this year) hands out parking passes that no one abides by b/c you never park near your apt., the management helps theirself inside your apt. at any time they please, they "lose" your rent and deposits, cut off your internet in the middle of the month, and hassle you about stupid announcements and parties the office is throwing. Tell me, what college student wants to hang out with their apt. staff and play games''' They are raising the rent up folks, do anything you can to avoid this place NOT to live!
