Poor Upkeep and Idiot's for Management

I lived in Western Place for 6 months and while the interior of the apt is nice, don't expect to be matched with the right roomate and don't expect friendly or caring management. Maintainance is horrible and almost non-existant. No one cleans the grounds either
In short, cheap rent and the newest apts in Bowling Green but don't expect anything beyond that. Also, you CANNOT get out of your lease even if you move out, you are STUCK making payments. But, by law the managemt has to make a reasonable attempt to find a new tenant, but don't count on them to do anything.
