My three roomates and I moved into this complex shortly after they opened in one of the units they had never rented out before. We had problems about a month after we moved in. Everything kept falling apart, and it would take the maitenence people at least a week before they came to look at the problem. We always had to call them about 4 or 10 times to get them to come out and take care of anything, and then they did such a crappy job that we had to call them back out the next week to have them "fix" it again.

One time the people who come in once a month to check your smoke detectors and replace your airfilter pulled out the fridge do do something or another to it and unplugged the ice maker. It took the matience people about 3 months to figure this out, and it was only fixed when the monthly inspection took place and they said, "Do you guys know that your ice maker has been unplugged'"

Noise is a definitly problem. This isn't a great place for the serious student or even one who just wants to pass their classes. While living there, the place changed management three times with each one worst than the previous one.

I definitly would not recomend this place. Their highspeed internet goes out all the time and it can be out for a month or two at a time and they will not reimburse you for the time it was out. There are many better places that are less expensive to live in Bowling Green.
