I lived at Western Place for 2 years and never had any problems. The staff does care about you even enough to know you by name. I did have maintenance problems like everybody, but mine were always fixed with a day or two. The apartments are really nice and are probably the cheapest to rent in town. My roommates and I never had as many problems as everyone else has said. Every apartment complex has rules and apparently some people don't know how to follow them. That's why they hated living here! I give Western Place a great review because I loved living there!
