I just moved out of these apartments last month after living there for a year. In the time I've lived in my apartment, I have had horrible roommates, horrible staffing encounters, and the people above my bedroom were soooo loud! The price was very good for the fact that you do get your own bathroom and bedroom, but you're not actually paying for the apartment, you're renting out your room for the price of $330 a month. I don't know who the older black woman is in the main office, but someone needs to fire her and the other dark haired lady named Jessica. They are terrible in assisting anyone. I've gone into the office to pay my rent, ON TIME every month and it's not always on the 1st, but at least I'm not past the grace period. But whenever walkedere to pay, the older woman would give me a mean look and say to me, "Oh, you're one of those people who don't pay on the 1st." It made me feel so small. Jessica, on the other hand isn't quite as demeaning as the other lady, but she's still pretty rude when it comes to asking questions. My mom and I, before I moved in, went to the office to talk with her and she treated my mom as if she didn't know anything. I almost didn't move in, and I wish to God I hadn't now! ahah, but itwas so reasonable and I had been talking to my future roommates for a little while and got to liking them. Anyway, long story short: Don't move in because you will regret it! They try to pressure you into renewing your lease, but DONT DO IT! I'm stuck now trying to find a sublet for my apartment, but no one wants to move in...that should tell you something.
