SUCKED!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The service was awful, the people are unfriendly, the noise level was bad esp at night, and to top it off we had neighbors that threw crap at our window all the time (especially during the wee hours of the morning) and almost broke our window..we had to call the police and the appartment people did nothing about it. Thanks western place for nothing!
