Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
There are far better places to live...sure newest apartments in town but if you want to deal with constant noise, garbage strewn grounds (which never get addressed) and incompetent management, then this place is for you. The roomate match sucks and there are constant parties and noise. I'll pass, they still don't have their ---- together.
