I always thought one of the best parts of Western Place was that the rent included all the utilities so you always know your monthly rent. I have lived here for over a year, not by choice I just can not afford anything else. Over the past two months we have been recieving bills for water and electric uses. When I asked the office manager she explained it one way, the receptionist explained it another and even corporate could not explain the reason for the bills to start now. Every time I go in the office the staff is very rude and do not care about their residents. I tried to talk with the office manager about a problem we were having with a roommate and she said should couldnt do anything about it. Also if you ever want to lease your apartment to another person you might as well give them your right arm. A month ago the police had to come twice in one night and there is always yelling in the halls. Since rent is low, many of the people who live here are low class and do not respect others. I may not have alot of money but it doesnt cost anything to respect the people around you...long story short...spend a few extra dollars a month and move into an apartment with a friend aways from Western Place!!
