They say the monthly fee is $300-$320 a month but our average bill has been $360-$400. They basically take the entire complexes water bill and split it up between everyone. Let's say, for instance, you live in the 200 building and someone in 800 building leaves their shower on all day... you have to split that cost with the entire complex. It adds up. Usually an extra $30 a month. Then they keep lowering the amount of electricity each person is provided, which adds about $20 a month. Maintenance acts all buddy buddy with you but they're actually rats. We've had a leak in our ceiling since we've moved in and they refuse to fix it. The internet is slow as hell. You can't even get on during the day because the internet connection is split too many ways. DO NOT live here. They will try to screw you every chance they get.

That isn't true. I have never had to pay an overage for electricity. And I have asked about it before and it isn't split up between the whole complex. It is split up by apartment. If you are responsible and watch how you use energy you won't get charged. And the charges don't have anything to do Western Place it has to do with BGMU. Know your stuff!
