Western Place is under new management and is becoming a better place to live. It is sometimes noisy on a thursday night but it is college after all. Visitor parking is bothersome at night and you should expect to pay an extra 5 to 10 dollars a month for overages on utility bills. Also, the internet bandwidth is so stretched out that all you can do is slowly surf the net. However, for $310 a month this place is a pretty good deal and I would recommend living here.

The only thing that's gotten better is the internet. That's about it.

Thats not true. They have gotten tanning beds and a newly renovated game room/recreation area that looks awesome. Western Place is a great place to live.

The only thing new at Western Place is the second set of new furniture that the office has gotten this year. When my friend's couch was broken, they were given an old, smoke stained couch as a replacement. It's nice to know the office look nice and deceiving. And just ONE tanning bed was put in and trying to use it is a waste of time. This is my second time posting this because of the wonderful internet we have here.
