I have lived at Western Place for three years and it is the WORST place in Bowling Green to live. You can't sit on your porch without seeing at least one drug deal, which is usually between the maintenence workers and the residents. Some residents are allowed several parking passes while others are only allowed one and if lost, must pay $100 to get another one. The office staff knows about all the drug activity but lie when you approach them with any problem about it. The filters in my apartment have not been changed since this semester started and nothing is fixed correctly or when promised. The rent is never the same from room to room because the staff cannot keep up with any paperwork and always tell you something different evey time you call. They are rude and do not know or care about anything going on.

The staff and POLICE were notified, thanks for your concern though. As for the filter change, my roommates were at the apartment when I wasn??t and they never saw the change either. These postings are strictly about the opinion of the apartment complex, therefore there is no reason to ignorantly make assumptions on a personal experience. Glad you had a good experience there, please post about that instead of my experiences you know nothing about.

Western Place changes filters every thirty days so may you just aren't there when they change it. Also, I'm not sure why you feel you can state that the office staff knows about drug deals but besides the fact, you should call the POLICE when you see a drug deal because it's the LAW. As far as parking permits, I've never gotten more than one per year and as long as you don't lose it there isn't a problem. It sounds like all the issues you've had with this place are brought on by yourself.
