Not the best place I've seen...not the worst

This place was okay. I liked the location, Kroger's and Walgreen's are easily within walking distance. The mall is a few minutes away and you can be downtown in approx. 15 minutes during non-peak traffic times. I never really made any maintenance calls so I can't comment on their turnaround time. The community facilities are somewhat limited but fairly nice.
On the bad side, I will agree that the construction is a bit cheap. Once there was a huge storm and the living room window fell out into the apartment. It also took forever for the hot water to heat up in the shower, even after I adjusted the water heater to the hottest setting. Two big piles of bricks just sat there the entire year I lived there and were never used. Several parts of the parking lot had huge potholes, but those were mostly in the back of the complex. The grounds weren't in terrible shape but could have been better.
Overall, I will recommend this place, but not strongly. There are a few features you can get here and not at other places in the area. Just make sure you know what you'll be getting for the price.
