Not a great place to live

The complex is nice from the outside but once you enter you will be suprised...take a look at the poor sheet rock and paint job on the walls...looks like they were in a hurry to get paid to finish or were not supervised. The noise level is horrible...You can even hear people taking a shower or bath or just walking around. Very poor window insulation, Wind and cold air comes in even if you close the windows all the way. I have noticed several residents have towels in there windows to block the draft. Every thing you pay for is a waste. I will hate to see what my electric bill will be this winter. I have noticed that my central heating unit comes on quite often and the bedrooms are always cold. My wife and I are not pleased with the units...We will be moving as soon as possible. Ive lived in older houses that were better than these new apartments. I will let as many people know as I can to not move in here. The staff is helpful and nice but they can only do so much. Im tempting to seek compensation with a legal firm for not getting what I have paid for. The rent here is high enough but adding to this poor craftmanship and loud noise levels, drafty windows and poor lawn care...I will be moving soon...Im not getting what I paid for it.
