I disagree I had a good experience

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I rented in building 1856, onthe third floor. I never heard my neighbors, except when one hammered nails in the middle of the night.
I had resonable heating/AC bills the whole time, my bills in my new home are higher. My apartment was well maintained, clean and well built. I had none of the issues others complain of.
My outside AC unit died in July 2002, maintenance came out and replaced the entire unit in under 24 hours.
The FREE T-1 super-fast access to the internet saved me $75 a month, by not having to get cable/cable modem or ZoomTown ADSL. Plus the DirectTV the building offers was cheaper than local cable.
Pool is well maintaned, gym is clean and well maintained, clubhouse has FREE access to a copier, fax and computer with high speed internet access.
Staff was curtious, helpful and fast.
Location is great, close to everything. I would have stayed, but I needed more room for kids.
Downsides were the lack of a play area for kids, so-so grounds maintenance, and some airplane noise.
