I looked at all the apartments around the Florence Mall area. This community is tucked away off Rt 18, very quiet and private. The apartments are HUGE. I was shocked at how clean my apartment was when I moved in. They do a good job at replying to any maintenance issue you have. I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls. The only noise you hear is from the hallways. My only complaint would be that I wish, overall, the grounds were a little more professional looking in regards to cleanliness and landscaping. But for the money - this is the best deal in Boone County!!!!!
