You can see where the sheetrock (walls) were put together..seams are noticeable everywhere. Poor paint job in the apartments. The noise level is horrible, you can hear your neighbor walking(and thats normal not a stomping level) and talking. The outside grounds have bricks covering some of the open field(I thought these apartments were in a nice location until I saw the bricks lying in a field(next phase of the complex).Above all these apartments were cheaply built and no one should rent here unless you can live with the high price of getting nothing...Also I have noticed that when the wind blows you can feel the cold air coming in through the windows....heating bills will be high due to the cold air draft(This is a new place and you can feel air coming through a closed window''!!''!!). Im going to bring in a thermal camera and rate the heat loss andI am working with a LAW FIRM to sue for back heating and air conditioning bills. Why do I and my guests have to wear a coat in the rooms...go figure.
