This place was a nightmare! The manager was NEVER available when you needed something fixed, which was ALL the time. Bleach & room deodorizer worked wonders for new renters, then the mold set in after the windows leaked! The air conditioners had filters that were rotted away because they were so old. The security did not exit, anyone could walk in. I had police beating on my door many times looking for the former tenant! This was the scariest place at night because the parking lot lights were burned out most of the time. I had so many things stolen off my balcony, it was rediculous. Only 2 burners worked on the stove and was finally fixed after I complained numerous times. The manager at the time, Kim, was never available either in the office or at her cell number. Messages went unanswered for days. Junk cars were left parked in the parking spaces near the doors and that left the tenants to park so far from the doors and lug groceries for long distances. The parking lot usually had so much ice on it that it was impossible to walk on. There was a large group of migrant workers living in the apartment below me and were constantly hanging around outside the building. I always felt very uncomfortable when going to my car because they always were yelling something at me. This place is a slum, plain and simple. I was never so glad to break a lease in all my life and get out of there!

there i a ew manager and she is very responsive to any complaints. i really can't stress enough about how much this place has changed. i think you will have to see for yourself. the manager now, Betty, is an older woman. she is VERY polite and was VERY honest. i have to admit i did have some doubts about it at first but after actually coming here i have definetally changed my mind. it is a very nice place.
