Burl Park is the biggest slum-dump in the tri-state area. It is falling down, and they rarely fix anything-have you ever heard of a do-it yourself apartment' It is unsafe and dangerous. Most outside lights do not work. The management is dishonest, unresponsive, and highly unethical. You can also count on neighbors that will rip you off and constantly want to bum money to buy drugs. Their motto should be:
Slugs, Bugs, and Drugs. I hope this saves someone the huge mistake of renting at Burl Park--you will be VERY sorry!!!!
