We haven't had too many problems. My main gripe with the place is the parking lot really needs to be redone. Too many pot holes its like driving through and obsticle course. Our main concerns are fixed immediately and some things are outstanding but to me they are not major issues. Its decent for the amount of money. If you are looking for something cheap and adequate that is the place. Its convenient to shopping and close to a ameristop. Laundry is not what they say. If you call the company they come out promptly and fix the washers and dryers and even give you back your money. They are not maintained by the apt complex.
