Horrible, nasty place!

I moved here with my at the time fiance. We've since had a child and are now looking for a new place to live. I would not let my son go out and play here. Our hot water heater has not worked in nearly a year. (The hot water keeps running out after 10 minutes!!!!) The parking lot looks like crap and there are bugs EVERYWHERE! Nasty! We do not have a pet, yet my son keeps getting flea bites! That's NOT safe! Please do not move here, especially if you have children.
