I have lived here since 02/2008. Since that time, management has changed, for the better. And maintenance has improved. Tracy and Troy are doing their best to get problems resolved quickly. No matter where you live you are going to have problems. The buildings are older, so there are going to be issues. There are problem tenants, no matter where you live. If you are looking for a place that is reasonably priced, this is the place. As far as bugs go, I have not seen any in my apt. The only real problem I have is with the tenants that walk there dogs and don't pick up after them. I am a dog owner and carry a plastic bag in my pocket for when my westie goes. It only takes a second to pick up after 'Your' pet.
