I have lived at Burl Park since 4/08 and feel at home. Tracy is great! Whenever I call the office, she is quick to get my problem fixed. We have had a couple maintenance guys but they have been really knowledgable. I trasfered from a 1 to a 2 bedroom with no problem at all. Tracy let me transfer my deposit and the 2 bedrooms are really big. We have no problems with bugs and plan on staying here til we buy a house. I do not worry about anything here because I know Tracy will not take any crap from anyone. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
