I LOVED my studio at Hayfield Park! The Resident Managers live on site, of course, and they go out of their way to make everything perfect. Seriously! The units are all well insulated and are virtually soundproof. They are single story units so no one is above or below you. The interiors are updated and VERY clean. The on site laundry facilities are new or newer and always in working order. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have W/D hooks ups. I had a short term lease in my place ( 4 months) and the only extra fee I was charged was a $75 dollar redecorating fee... WOW! My unit was partially furnished with a couch, Murphy bed, wall shelves and lamps. All of these things were in great condition. When I left they were very geniune in thanking me for staying and asked me to spread the word about these apartments - which I have ( 2 friends have since rented from them with the same great experiences!) I got my full deposit back in the mail within 30 days!

Are you serious???? It's a husband/wife team that runs it, and they NEVER respond to anything! Good luck reaching corporate office. I tried for weeks. My toilet wasn't working and they gave me a bucket of water. My shower didn't work and they told me I could use one three buildings over in the middle of winter (and this lasted for 6 days)!!! It was a nightmare living here. The police were constantly at the community. The place was over ran w/ illegal immagrants. It was a nightmare!
