Although there is no main laundry area, the complex is very well kept. The units are quite spacious and are up to date. The staff is helpful and maintenace really do accomodate the residents, and don't just do "enough to get by" as other apartment maintenance staff may. If I was to ever live back in that area, I would definately look to Sky Harbor Apts!
