I moved in as a corporate relocation from out of state and lived there for about a year. Andrea (Property Manager) and her assistant Michelle were very helpful in arranging rental furniture and structuring my lease so we had one monthly payment for a furnished appmt.
The apartment was surprisingly spacious for a one bedroom (they also offer larger), and it was like new when I moved in, and had newer appliances. Utilities ran very low in cost, and I loved the setting (parklike, with no one behind my unit). The place was quiet and very comfortable.
I think what really sets them apart from the competitors was their friendly staff. If I ever had a problem, no matter how small, it was solved in seconds!! The maintenance people keep everything running smoothly and snow removal was never a problem. I give them my highest recommendation, and I've moved too many times to count. GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
