That's funny. I've been here a year and despite a management change, the front desk staff has been helpful along with speedy maintenance times. Could you share more information as to what's wrong with living here? We like it.

I also have been here for a yr and the office staff does their job. They maybe be a little slow at times but it gets done. The maintenance replies within the next day. So maybe it was not the office staff, it was you. And by the way the apt next door is the same company as this one so there will not be a difference.

I've been living here from the past 2 years and with the previous management I never had a problem but with the new management, YES...there is a problem with the response time and taking your calls, most of the time your call goes to a high pitch male voice answering machine...I have to say they should try to provide a better service, not a better service when collecting your rent on time...apart from that the place a nice place to live.

I agree, however your way of showing your dissatisfaction with mangement I disagree with. They really only care about money, and do NOT go the extra mile.

Actually it is you dumb a** The Crossings of Oakbrook and The Woods of Oakbrook are both owned by Nexuspm. Get your facts straight!
