Moved to Crossings for 1 year and it was a very long year. The office staff does not have a clue! They do not inform you of anything, you have to figure it out on your own. (Where the dumpster is, water bills, rent amount...)

On five, yes five, separate occasions I went to drop off rent to the office. Each time I handed the check to the same guy, he just stared at me. I had to say "this is rent....again" "Oh,okay." This is the response I got.

There is only 1 dumpster and it's right next to the office, terrible location (never told us where it was). I'm not an idiot, the dumpster is hidden fairly well. Most of the time garbage is overflowing onto the walkways so the smell gives away the location.

The apartment carpet was ripped and the windows barely opened.

Pros: Nice size apartment.

Cons: Management, dumpster upkeep, windows.

Figure out the following yourself at Crossings:

1) Where the dumpster is
2) Water bill
3) When your rent discount ends
4) When rent is due or late (I was never late)
5) Policy on grills

Wow, that is surprising, all the sad news, you told. I love your story, but I have been here for 6 months and I love it. The compactor is hidden, true, but , the office tells , new residents where it is, no brainer, You can't miss it, and the office staff is quiet, but will answer questions, when asked. The policy on grills, are stated in my lease, and everyone has the same lease, water bill is sent out throgh the mail, rent is due on the first, just like the lease states, and the discount is on there also. Most people, do not read the lease, they just sign, get keys and bam. I love this place.

I had a very similar experience. They didn't tell you anything.
