While no apartment is going to be perfect, I have nothing but good things to say about the Crossings. I've lived here for 2.5 years, and aside from a few minor (and one major) maintenance issue - all of which were fixed the same day - I have never had a problem. My apartment is spacious and very attractive, with no mold, no infestations, no allergens. The buildings are 20 years old, but my unit looks brand new. My appliances all work - the stove/range is fantastic! There is usually parking available close, except sometimes very late at night (which is understandable). My neighbors are all quiet and friendly and respectful of others, and I feel perfectly safe here. The office staff is friendly, although sometimes hard to reach (I feel they are understaffed). The location is ideal - it feels cozy and isolated, but it's just minutes from everything you need.

In response to other negative reviews, I wonder if people have unrealistic expectations, or if perhaps they are simply overly negative. For me, the Crossings has been nothing but a pleasure since I've been here, and I will go on living here!
