Great Value - I looked at all the apartments around the Florence Mall area. This community is tucked away off Rt 18, very quiet and private. The apartments are HUGE. Horrible, nasty place! I moved here with my at the time fiance. We've since had a child and are now looking for a new place to live. I would not let my son go out and play here. Our hot water heater has not worked in nearly a year. (The hot water keeps running out after 10 minutes!!!!)
