I lived in this complex for 2 years and should say the management is awful and the place is very unsafe.
I had a lot of bad experiences (water leaks, flooded apartment, etc.) and at the end was completely tired of this nightmare and moved to another complex in the area!!!
Stay away from this complex if you want to live safe and without troubles!!!

While Crown Pointe Apartments has had it's issues in the past, I assure you that the current management is working hard to restore Crown Pointe into a clean, safe and respected community! They have been investing a great deal of money and effort into the property and believe customer satisfaction is the key to a great community! In case you didn't notice the most current review was posted in August of 2007! Things have most definetly changed for the better!

Yes indeed the last review was posted in 2007 thats due to the fact every tenant is to busy running as fast as they can away from this depleted complex. Thre has been so much money invested then where the hell did it go... I lived in the nasty high class project complex for nearly a year.the
poo"l was ccconstantly filthy I was constantly seeing upgrades that would project what you would think to be a great enviroment and then after move in everything falls apart. Outrageous bogus charges infestations of bed bugs and the landlord refuses fumigation. Cheapy walls and unsecure building. Supposed to be a lockout building but at least two of the doors will be broke and stay broke for months upon months. Not very safe. A park if thats wat u would like to call it and really crappy maintenance..and rude office personel. Absolutely attrocious and a very lazy staff equal this quickly depleating complex.... Oh and did k mention the black mold...i let u decide
