Terrible place!!! STAY AWAY!!

I lived in this complex for 2 years and should say the management is awful and the place is very unsafe.
I had a lot of bad experiences (water leaks, flooded apartment, etc.) and at the end was completely tired of this nightmare and moved to another complex in the area!!!
Stay away from this complex if you want to live safe and without troubles!!!

While Crown Pointe Apartments has had it's issues in the past, I assure you that the current management is working hard to restore Crown Pointe into a clean, safe and respected community! They have been investing a great deal of money and effort into the property and believe customer satisfaction is the key to a great community! In case you didn't notice the most current review was posted in August of 2007! Things have most definetly changed for the better!
