I don't know why people write bad things about this place, i have had no problems at all, the ladies in the office are wonderful, and will help you in any way they can.
they are patient and understanding. i love my apartment and plan on staying here a long time. i never hear any noise or have any problems with my neighbors. i live alone and feel safe about it. plus it's affordable. i recommend Derby Ridge to anyone.
