Woodford Building 0% Recommended Mar 17 2008: Old building, so they are tons of problems including leaking, heat, and A/C and the water doesnt work sometimes, plus you never have hot or cold water just warm. But the managment tries to fix it, but it is just Parkway Apartments 100% Recommended Sep 13 2007: I loved living at Parkway Apts. I loved the fact that it was an old school and that it had the original hardwood floors. Moving in and out was easy because the stairwells are wide and the hallways roomy. I Crown Pointe 10% Recommended Aug 29 2007: I lived in this complex for 2 years and should say the management is awful and the place is very unsafe. I had a lot of bad experiences (water leaks, flooded apartment, etc.) and at the end was completely tired of Crown Pointe 10% Recommended Jul 28 2006: The walls leak... tiles are falling off the wall in the shower... they dont fix ANYTHING!! there is wholes in the walls of the hallways... we had one of our electric sockets sparking inside the wall one night and i Crown Pointe 10% Recommended Sep 24 2005: The legend of Crown pointe is it's uncaring staff, It's stupid apt manager. It's 3rd world living conditions. It Joke of a neighborhood watch. Call 911 when drunken fights, and the Covington Police departments never show up. The review |
