Generally good, but lots of noise

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Buildings were constructed in the 70s, so some fixtures are dated. Maintenance has always been quick and the office friendly. Pool is kept clean and facilities neat. Our apartment is fairly comfortable for the money.

There is a noise problem though. If you have good neighbors?? great, but otherwise watch out. Noise is especially bad above you.
