It was great when ----- was the manager, but then when Nexus took over and a new manager came, it all went downhill. They approve anyone and residents shout and stay up all night drinking, and management does nothing. Tiny and filthy and loud are good adjectives for Running Creek. The management is extremely biased against certain residents and play favorites with others. Management slectively raises rent on tenants they don't like. Oh, and corporate does nothing but ignore your letters. And if you have financial difficulties-- forget it and pack up and move! The new management cares about nothing but fattening up their commission check, and keeping these tiny little dwellings rented and filled with scumbags. I bought a house when I ran from Running Creek! You can too.
And where is the Creek in Running Creek--- is it the 24 hour pool that dogs swim in. That pool never closes-- someone is not doing their job at night!
You can do your job, though--- run away from Running Creek!

There have been a few break ins there lately as well. Not a safe environment!!!
